However, we do know that there may occasionally be a manufacturing flaw.
If the item in question was purchased within the last 12 months, we will cover all the associated costs of collecting it from you, sending it to our workshop and returning it to you after repair. Even if it cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge with a new one. After this 12-month period, there may be a small charge, but we will discuss this with you in person and work out the most cost-effective solution possible.
Equally, if your product has suffered defects due to wear and tear it may not be subject to a free repair/replacement service. Even in these cases we can offer a repair service at a reasonable cost.
