Returns

The return and refund period for the products must be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the delivery date. To formalize the return, you must send an email to info@huitleather.com indicating the order number, the item to be returned, explaining the reason for the return.

We will only accept returns of products that have not been used and that are returned in some format that guarantees their return in perfect condition.

Personalized products are not returnable.

Refunds

The effective return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the cost of the returned products, except for shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to a defect attributable to HUIT LEATHER. .

Defective products will not be considered those that have visible marks, which due to their nature or tanning process the leather of our products may have; as well as any color changes they may have with use, since this is a characteristic of handmade leather.

The refund will be managed from our website, under the same system that was used for payment within a period of 48 hours from confirmation of arrival at the workshop of the returned order.

This website does not accept cancellations of orders placed and formalized.
